Fringed with cotton or irrigated crops, the Whitton Malt House is an agri-tourism destination where local produce and people are celebrated.

Located adjacent to Voyager Craft Malt and Southern Cotton at Whitton, the Malt House was established in 2020 and is located halfway between Sydney and Melbourne in the Riverina region, only 150km from Wagga Wagga.

The architecturally designed building with breathtaking floor to ceiling views across the manmade Lake Hulong is a regional dining, event and accommodation venue that must be included in holiday plans.

Over two square kilometres of manicured grounds with a lake, aqua golf, fishing and lawns to relax are all waiting at this spectacular Riverina venue.

Open seven days a week for lunch then dinner service on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, there is something on the menu for everyone.

The Malt House is proud to showcase local, seasonal produce on all their menus and provide a true Riverina dining experience for visitors.

Craft beers, Australian made whisky, gin and vodkas plus local and national wines all form an impressive beverage list available from 10am each day.

There are 14 impressive one or two-bedroom villas overlooking Lake Hulong and are the perfect spot for your next getaway.

The retail store houses rafts, art, homewares and local produce available for purchase plus gift vouchers. 

Often referred to as “an oasis”, the Whitton Malt House appears out of nowhere when visitors are driving on the Whitton-Darlington Point Road.
